Domestic Shipping Policy

- Pre-order items currently have a turn around period of 10-14 working days.
- Please allow 5-7 working days for in-stock orders to be processed and dispatched.
- Delivery carriers are warning slight delays to their services. Tracking numbers are provided upon dispatch
- Customer service aim to response to your queries within 48 hours. However, in peak periods response times may be slightly longer
- Welcome codes cannot be used on sale products.
Please use the tracking link emailed to you, so you can follow the progress of the order to your door. We are monitoring Black Friday sales closely and will advise of any changes. Shipment processing time
All units shipped within mainland UK are posted using Royal Mail's 1st Class Tracked and Signed service at a standard rate of £8.50. Please allow 5-7 working days for in stock orders to be shipped out.
Our custom/ pre-order products are ethically sourced directly from South East Asia. Due to this and the amount of orders we receive, please allow 5-10 working days for your order to be processed and 10-14 working days for your order to be completed. These times may vary during sale periods and public holidays.
Shipping Rates for International orders may vary depending on location.
Shipments or deliveries do not occur on Sundays or International and Local Holidays.
It is expected that Laceometry may experience a high volume of orders on occasion which may cause unprecedented delays. In such a scenario, we ask that you kindly wait 24-48hrs for an update regarding your delivery. All updates will be communicated directly via email or can be seen on our business page- @Laceometry.

Customs, duties, and taxes
Laceometry is not responsible for any customs and taxes applied to your order. All fees imposed during or after shipping are the responsibility of the customer (tariffs, taxes, etc.).
Loss, Theft & Damages
Laceometry is not liable for any products damaged, stolen or lost during shipping. To reduce the possibility of this happening, our shipping methods provide tracked and signed for shipping on every wig order. If you received your order damaged, please contact the shipment carrier and our support team directly [Laceometry@gmail.com] to file a claim.
Criteria For Laceometry Claims Include But Are Not Limited To:
1.) Customer did not input an incorrect shipping, delivery or billing address at the time of purchase.
2.) Customers address is not secure and delivery instructions have been updated with the shipping company
3.) A claim is accepted by the shipping carrier for the entire value of the purchase
4.) Entire value of the purchase has been reimbursed to Laceometry by the third party shipping courier.
