Help and Faq's

When buying an item, you agree that: (i) you are responsible for reading the full item description before making a commitment to purchase (ii) you acknowledge that Laceometry does not offer refunds/ exchanges. Minor adjustments can be made however this is subject to thorough inspection.

The prices we charge for our products are listed on the website. We reserve the right to change our prices for products displayed at any time, and to correct pricing errors that may inadvertently occur.

SERVICE BOOKINGS 

Contact Free Services have a turnaround time frame of 5-7 Working Days.

-Hair must be posted 5 days prior to your scheduled appointment date. For example, if your appointment is on the 6th I must receive your hair by the 1st.

Your unit can be ordered directly to the address stated within your invoice. Please be sure to pop my name on the package for delivery and your name and the service you require inside the package. Unfortunately, I am unable to accept hair that is brought on the day of the appointment.

For colouring services, please note that these bookings are completed with a 2 week turnover time. Kindly refer to the time scale agreed on your invoice for further details. For Emergency Appointments however, you can book an appointment whereby your items are posted within 72hours of your specified appointment date. The rate for this service is £15.00.
